Virus Farm

Greetings, Researcher!
Virus corp. welcomes you on your workplace.
To your right, you will see window to the testing room and the Virus Manipulation Console. You will use it to manipulate DNA of plants, that will grow and die in the testing room. Your objective is to harvest their fruits, which will attract patron funding, allowing you to reseach meaning of manipulated genes. Genetic changes will reveal themselves only in the next generation, so be patient. Experiment with combinations to get more funding, and your family will be released... probably.

If you will find anything resembling human blood behind the Console, contact the cleaning team.

This game was made for the Challenge! Game Jam #4: Give-and-Take. The theme was to remove a common game mechanic from a well-known genre and replace it with an uncommon one. In this case, I removed ability to sow and collect plants manually, and added DNA editing virus mechanic.
